The ICCA CEC meeting serves as a central platform for ICCA professionals in the international meetings, conferences, and events sector in Central Europe. It offers a curated programme of seminars, networking opportunities, and social activities designed to foster collaboration, share best practices, and explore emerging trends shaping the future of global events.
Registration fees and categories
Participants can take advantage of a tiered registration structure:
- ICCA members can benefit from the early-bird fee until 12 June 2026: 375 EUR
- Late registration (from 11 July 2026): 399 EUR
- Young professionals (under 30): 205 EUR
- Observers/non-members: 430 EUR
- Accompanying persons: 165 EUR
22% VAT is included in all the prices listed above.
These fees provide access to a comprehensive event experience, including:
- Scheduled meals and coffee breaks
- Participation in seminars
- Access to official social activities
- Optional add-on: Unicorn Awards ceremony
Attendees may also opt to participate in the Unicorn Awards’ ceremony on 8 September at 19:30 for an additional 75 EUR. This event is not included in the standard registration fee and requires a separate booking.
What’s not included
Participants should note that the following are not covered in the registration fee:
- Travel expenses
- Accommodation (recommended hotels with special rates are available separately)
- Participation in the Unicorn Awards Ceremony
A structured cancellation policy applies to all registrations:
- Up to 6 weeks before the event: 50% of the registration fee will be charged
- Less than 6 weeks before the event: 100% of the registration fee will be charged
